Returns and Refund Policy

Special Note: For any kind of damage issue customer have to complain in front of or in presence of the delivery man or courier office staffs, otherwise it should not be granted. Customers need to do unboxing videos for any items, where the unboxing process, invoice, etc. should be clearly visible for internal and external investigation. For any case where the items is not similar to what customer ordered, the item is broken, parts missing, damaged, etc. then customers are required to send the unboxing videos to support@antiquepharma.com and inform our customer service (09639142434) and/or send a message to our Official Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/antiquepharmaceuticals) about the incident.

General Rules for a successful Return & Refund

In certain cases, where Antique Pharmaceuticals – Ayurvedic is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.

Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

‘ In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, Customer have to report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation.’

* In case of failed delivery of the paid parcel, the customer will receive a refund of the said amount within the 5-7 following working days.
